Are you searching for the answer to what you should major in; what internship offer to accept; or perhaps, what you should do after graduation?  GUESS WHAT?!?  The answer to each of these, and all the other “tough” questions lies within you.

Too often we get lost in the day-to-day tasks, falling into the habit of just going through the motions.   Pushing pause to reflect upon the ways in which your curricular and co-curricular experiences are impacting you, will bring clarity to your questions.

Self-reflective questions such as:

  • Which of your class assignments did you enjoy completing?
  • What was your greatest accomplishment over the past week?
  • What type of people do you prefer to work with?
  • What type of activities energize you?

will increase your awareness of your intuitive-self– those things which motivate you, and bring joy and satisfaction to your life.  Connecting these attributes to curricular offerings; industry fields, and work environments will enable you to plan your next steps.  Through self-reflection you will find the answer, an answer which will forever be in flux, and one which carries many “right” paths.
